Code of Ethics
TAMRO owes its clients the highest duty of integrity and ethical conduct, and, as such, places the interests of its clients ahead of the interests of the firm and its personnel. We require the highest degree of integrity of our employees and solicitors and require that they (i) behave with complete honesty in all dealings with the firm and its clients, and in all personal dealings that could potentially impact clients and (ii) comply with applicable securities laws.
Ethical conduct is the bedrock principle of this expectation. TAMRO's goals can only be accomplished through each individual's commitment to the firm's values: Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork and Balance.
